Dleetion of partitions

I have deleted all partions and files from my laptop.!! no operating system nothing but a black screen...not to help matter it seems that the bios password has also been changed so i cannot repair that way...is it possible any other way?
there is no disc either, it came pre-installed

no not nuts..hhahahahaha but no no computer geek either....Anyway, i discovered a program to open the bios password..somaybe not all is lost....hhahahahha thanks for reply

LOL ! Glad you were not offended !
Just could not understand deleting everything if you have no CD to reinstall.
all partitions means you probably deleted the factory recovery partition, but you can try restoring to factory settings for your model computer.
