please i configure my link dir 615 router using cd setup but didnt see the option to make my ip static and also disable dhcp. how can i make those changes or confirm if my ip is static and dcp is disabled

Don't use the CD setup. Read the router manual on how to login to your router. You'll see a lot more options there.
