DLL file issues

I reformatted my system last night and reinstalled Steam. I download and install Elder Scrolls Online but it won't launch. The error comes up that I'm missing .dll files. It started with MSVCR100.dll and then became MSVCP100.dll. I've installed them both but the system still says they're missing; I can see them in my System32 file folder.

I can't figure this out and it's driving me nuts. Please, any help would be appreciated.

That's because they shouldn't really be there... Try reinstalling the software first, and if you still have issues try installing Visual Studio Express 2010

I'm not sure if the install of that program did it or the program I just ran from Microsoft fixed it, but I'm up and running, again. Thanks!!
