Hi,
I formated my Laptop and installed Windows 7.
Thereafter, i am trying to install software but on clicking the setup file of the software the below message is coming......
The library C:\Windows\D3E38D826BA54456A82F863C8D5F871D.TMP\WiseCustomCalla.dll is invalid or could not be found.

Is this because of Windows 7 or there is some other problem.??????
I scaned my laptop for many time for virues/torgens problem,but nothing found.

Wise is custom installation software. What software have you installed so far? One of them may be using the wise installation program and needs to be uninstalled or re-installed.

-pdfcreator
-draftsight
-microsoft office enterprise 2007
-vlc media player
-winzip 15.0
-adobe professional 6.0
-adobe reader 9.3

now i am trying to unistall the programms, but message is coming... system have administrattive policy to prevent the access.

What to do...

Yes, re-innstall windows and make yourself an administrator account. You must have this access to do anything useful setting up your computer. I recommend a good password, too. And don't forget anti-virus as soon as you can.
