.dll issue for windows 7

will installation of windows 10 will solve my .dll file issue . because i am getting many error like
autorunn.dll missing , and many many more . please help
becase of that i cant any software or application.

Doing a reinstall of windows 7 might, and installing 10 might. You need to be more specific about the error.
