Dllregisterserver failed on windows 7

I was trying to install visual basic 6.0. Unfortunately, when i open it there's a MsgBox that says Can't Find the DAO350.DLL File. I tried to download but still it won't work.

I also tried to register it manually:

regsvr32 "C:\Program Files\Common Files\Microsoft Shared\DAO\DAO350.DLL"

And there was an error " The call to DLLRegisterServer Failed with error code 0x8004005.

Please Help.

Cause i need to use the Visual Basic So, badly.

Sounds like it is unsupported in Win7 according to this: http://us.generation-nt.com/answer/dao350-dll-unsupported-under-windows-7-help-91059762.html Use jet 4.0 as substitute ?
