DMA100 or DMA66 on CDROM drives

HAs anyone ever heard or read about DVD or CD drives that will run at the higher atapi transfer speeds? I've looked around a bit and haven't found one that does yet. Nor do I even know if this is necessary. If anyone knows of one it would be great!!

There are none.
Using a 72X drive you get a transferrate of 72*150KB/s =10,8 MB/s.
There is no need for faster dma, actually.
