DMC devil may cry Dx9-32bit exe

hell guys i jsut bought DMC the games runs great but i have a question whenver i alt tab out of the game and move the mouse over the exe i get Dx9 32-bit even tough i'm running widnows 7 ultimate 64-bit is this a game issue or windows?

i think its a dx9 game. you may find theres a dx11 version in the game install folder.
also if the game installed in the x86 folder then its a 32bit app. it wont make much difference as most games dont require 64bit addressing.

i do know they said it was Dx ( only but the recommended specs say that 4GB of RAM is required so my question is with the 32 bit exe does it only read 2GB of Ram?
