DMP file in vista 32 bit

Hello,
How can i read a dmp file or copy it so i can e-mail it to PC technician as my PC keeps crashing blue screen all the time.

It can be pretty big. I wouldn't recommend emailing it. Did your PC tech specifically ask for it by email? The file is %SystemRoot%\MEMORY.DMP or C:\Windows\MEMORY.DMP
