DNS-323 Raid 1 Accidentally formatted

Hi,
I think I accidentally formatted my RAID 1 drives by allowing it to re-configure the drives. Now I can't access my data!
Can anybody help?

were you expecting to be able to build a raid 1 drive and keep pre-existing data? can't do that.

Thanks for your reply. However this came too late. I've already sent my hard disks to a professional data recovery service center to retrieve.

I was told that the root directory information was all corrupted.
