Hello,
I have a disk failure on my DNS-323 (2 seagate 1.5Tb configured as Raid 0). Can't see the 2nd drive anymore, hence data not accessible anymore. Any chance to recover my data? How can I be sure it's one of the hard disks failing (put only that one in, in which case I can't see the disk through a brower accessing the device...)

You could try recovering the RAID using Ubuntu Linux (ubuntu.com) - either it works automatically or you would need to manually setup the RAID0.

Though some on-disk corruption can be coped with; if one drive is completely failed that it no longer identifies in the BIOS; then it is game over. You can only recover your data if neither disk has failed.
