DNS problems all the time

Im having constant dns problems and ive tried a lot of stuff it keeps giving me errors over and over i hope someone can help. (DNS_PROBE_FINISHED_NXDOMAIN to be exact)

What type device is this happening on? Is this a Chrome only problem? What is the DNS set to ?
