DNS Server Not Responding (WIRED)

I am using a wired connection and every time I turn my PC on I have limited internet access which in reality means I have no connection at all.

I have tried all steps I have found in other places such as flushing the DNS and disabling the ethernet port and re enabling. Despite all of this I can only get it to work after about 30 minutes of playing with it and different things work each time.

I'm wondering if there is any way to prevent the DNS Server error from happening in the first place.

Thanks in advance!

Willing to try one more thing?

I have tried all of the above and have had no success, the only thing that has previously worked is cutting off all power to the PC but even that wont work anymore.

Here is what I have tried so far:
Changing Preferred/Alternative DNS Servers.
Disabling/Re Enabling the ethernet port (Realtek PCIe GBE Family Controller)
Cutting off all power to PC.
Resetting Router (Bearing in mind the WiFi works on my phone so my broadband is fine.)
Flushing DNS in the command prompt.
