This may seem like a stupid question, but I was wondering, do 144p monitors still exist? The minimum resolution for youtube videos is 144p, so I was wondering if there is a monitor with that resolution. 144p is not to be confused with 1440p.

Solution
144p is 256X144 pixels. I seriously doubt there are any monitors at that low of a resolution. Even old B&W TV was 320X240. Standard definition color TV is 640X400. I don't know if there was a defined resolution or defined elements for the older original B&W TV sets.
Those settings aren't meant for certain monitors, they are used to fit a person's internet speed.

You need more bandwidth for higher resolution

People with slow internet may only be able to run at a low resolution

The resolution will always be able to scale to your screen size.

Oh fair enough.

I'm not looking for one, it's just I was wondering what the minimum resolution monitor there is. I look on amazon for 144p monitor and it brings up 1440p monitors.

You can buy small LCDs of that resolution, although they are not common.

Here is a 1.44" 128x128 color LCD by Topfoison:
http://www.topfoison.com/product/1.44inch-tft-lcd-module.html
Similar (if not same) display in action: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=IcwI5FrnXl4

There are displays of increasing resolution (Up to 5.98" 2560x1440) on that page.

Small displays like this one are useful for Arduino, Raspberry Pi, etc. control panels:

That one is 3.2" 320x240 touch screen color LCD for Arduino.

Hope this helped.
