Having a Ryzen APU myself, I can confirm RAM upto 3600Mhz works. Please note that I am on a B450 motherboard. Same may not be possible on a A320 board. Also, Above 2933 is counted as an overclock, from what I've read on my motherboard's page.

my pc is currently:

Ryzen 3 3200g 3.5ghz w/ vega graphics
Asus TUF B450m+ gaming
currently using 1 stick of 8gb DDR4 2666

what is the best RAM size should i use? (i use my pc mainly work related -microsoft office, msteams, zoom, and sometimes light gaming). I do not have problems with my current build, but i want to experience the best performance of my current pc (if possible)

I also use a 450watt true rated psu, is this enough? ot should id replace it with a higher wattage?
Thank you!

450W is enough ONLY if it is a reputed unit from a reputed brand. Don't go around buying all the aluminium boxed "500W" chinese crap; which fails to deliver even 400W of sustained power. Get AT LEAST something like a VS450 if you can't spend a lot. If you can spend some money on a quality unit, check out this thread-

I, personally, use a CX550.
Ryzen 5 2400G - 1.45V 4.00 GHz
Corsair Vengeance LPX 3600MHz DDR4 (2*8GB)
Gigabyte B450M Gaming
Vega 11 - 1.17V 1550MHz
Deepcool Gammaxx Pro
