Do all AMD B450 motherboards support xfr and precision boost? Or does it vary by motherboard?

I want to know for the ASRock B450M Steel Legend motherboard specifically (micro-ATX version).

I think it safe to say all B450 boards 'support' XFR2 and PB2 since it's a feature of the processor.
