Do all power supplies work with all motherboards?

First time PC builder/upgrader here,

Is every motherboard compatible with every power supply? Do graphics cards and other parts come in to play with compatibility?

The motherboard I'm looking at is a ASRock Fatal1ty B250 Gaming K4 LGA 1151 ATX Motherboard ( https://www.mwave.com.au/product/asrock-fatal1ty-b250-gaming-k4-lga-1151-atx-motherboard-ac00003 ) , will all power supplies work with this motherboard? Which ones will?

Any suggestions for which one to get? Price is not too much of an issue however still want to stay a little cheap.
I know questions similar to this have been answered a lot but I still don't know the answer

look for the xfx ts 550w or corsair cx550m

I've been told the cx series was something to avoid for gaming? Can't find the xfx anywhere in Aus, unless they are 650W and 750W

the old cx with the green label suck indeed , but the new black and white not like the cx550m .
