[SOLVED] Do all PSUs exhibit some level of whine?

I have a Corsair AX860 and I've been getting annoyed by what I assume is coil whine that I've confirmed is coming from it. I contacted Corsair and they sent me as an advanced replacement an HX1000i that is exhibiting perhaps about the same amount of noise. Does every PSU, when you put your ear up to it, make noise (besides the fan; these have 0 rpm fan modes)? I do hear it when I sit at my desk with the computer beneath. Should I accept it or ask for a different one?

i have a corsair vs 550 and its deadly quiet, infact the only thing i can hear in my computer is the harddrives ticking away. so no, not all powersupplys are loud.

My RM750x is also deadly silent at desktop and during torture tests.
