Do any of the GTX 980 Ti models have a 0% fan mode?

I currently have a Palit GTX 980 Super Jetstream which I'm thinking about sending back and getting a GTX 980 Ti, but I would like to get one with a 0% fan mode under no load.

I know the Gigabyte one does and any EVGA with the ACX 2.0 cooler.

Thanks! I think I'll wait for the MSI card as it is £20 cheaper and has better clock speeds.
