I have recently bought an HP Compaq 8300 SFF It came with 8GB ram DDr3,Intel i5-3470 3.2 GHz, Windows 10 and haves 240 PSU. i have also Bought A GTX 1050ti low profile. Do anyone knows whats going on? Why am i getting frame lag in Minecraft And thingd start up slow can someone please help me!!!

My PC opens apps slow i get lag drops in minecraft when people die i sometimes even go under 60 fps And it's annoying i just dont know whats wrong with my PC i thought i was good is it because my ram my cpu or gpu is it because i dont have a ssd? I'm Really Confused And Upset?.Can someone please help me and give me some tips or something please?!?

Yes i did buy it used and I cant take the Gpu out becasue i dont have a vga or anything to put inside of the computer to turn it on

Since you bought this used, the cpu could be overheating and downclocking to prevent damage = everything running slow.
What are the temps like?
The cooler may have come loose during transport. Open the case, remove the cooler and old thermal paste(a cotton swab with alcohol will do), reapply new paste(about the size of a pea), and make sure the cooler is firmly seated without stripping the screws.

Another issue is the power supply. It was fine before you added the 1050ti. Now that you have, it's not enough to power everything.
