Do ASRock boards suck?

Hey everyone
I want to get a fatal1ty 990fx killer with the 8320 but many friends told me it sucks. is that true?

Actually it is pretty solid motherboard for the price. There is nothing wrong with the Asrock motherboard.

Not that i know off i have the asrock extreme 4 970 with an fx 8320 to and its pretty damm solid and i oc'd my fx 8320 to 4.4ghz and it didn't give me any problem.

asrock sucks for one reason there are not famous among people so the tend to say it sucks but i used to have a asrock gaming pc it kicked assed it can even play crysis 3 on ultra settings so asrock does NOT SUCK !!!!!!

They make some decent boards , this one is solid ^
