Hi, I Have a laptop.
It have a built in WiFi adapter and 2 USB 2.0 port.
My WIFI internet is considerably slow.
When i check using speed test, it says 0.8 Mb/s
I have 2 phone which can tethering via USB.
Both have cellular data.
When I test them, it says 4Mb/s.
If i connect all of them using USB tethering, Can i get a better internet speed?
Thanks.

Not really. They have different IP addresses so the servers will think they are different users. You can not increase the speed of a single download/session. You with a lot of effort might be able to download 2 different files at the same time.
