You plug your CPU power leads from your PSU into where the red rectangle is on the picture of your motherboard. This is where the CPU gets it's power from:)

I updated the thread, added all the components, also you said there's a 6 pin, and 8pin, the problem is the PCI-E, there's 2 types, one is a 6 pin, and another is another 6 pin identical, but this one has 2 extra pins that look like have been snapped off the 6?, so if you understand there actually is an 8 pin one, but its 6+2, and they're not broken or anything but they're just next to each other, idk if they can be joined together or not to make 8.

6 pin and 6+2 = 14 PINS, all 14 pins are now connected to my graphics card, the fan spins, the DVI TO DVI connected from my GPU to monitor, still nothing, (on my GPU there's 2 DVI slot) plugged it into the top one.
bios doesn't respond or beep or anything :'(, CPU is now connected, CPU fan even spins, CPU is even connected, do you have skype by any chance, I can video chat you and show you?

I'm sorry I didn't mean to pick your answer as best answer, I accidently clicked it, but yeah fans spin, lights turn on, the motherboard even switched on, I even connected my case power button, and that works too.

I'm not really sure what else to suggest:(
Please just check everything again.
Make sure the ram is pushed in correctly and has clicked into place.
Make sure the video card is pushed correctly into the motherboard.
Make sure the motherboard power lead and the CPU ones are plugged in and secure.
Make sure the video card in in the top Pci express slot in the motherboard. The blue one and not the black one.
