I will directly get to my question. Do you feel that gaming chairs can make you a better gamer? Like, can you get more kills in online FPS games (as well as better K/D, better situational awareness etc.) when you sit on a gaming chair than when you sit on a non-gaming chair?

No. Regardless of the marketing hype or labels attached to any chair, comfort and ergonomics matter more. If you are comfortable and in a good position to see the screen and interact with your keyboard/mouse/game controller/etc., you'll play better.
