Do Gigabyte warranties transfer?

Was looking at buying a Gigabyte GTX 680 Windforce 3x OC Edition but it's used off Ebay at a really good price at the moment. Problem is I have no idea if the warranty transfers over to a new owner. Anyone know?

I don't see why not, even a proof of purchase isn't required from what I can see

as long as you have their warranty letter and make sure the seller not to flash non-company BIOS, I don't see any matter in fact....
