I have bought an SSD. And my hard drive is connected by 2 cables, one is a power cable from the PSU and the other is a SATA cable. Standard.
I am wondering...
On this power cable there is another ‘plug’ in it that is the same as the one plugged in to the hard drive, and i do know that the power cable has multiple different ends on it, so i’m wondering if i use this spare one (which is on the same wire/leas as the one connected to the hard drive) to put into my ssd then use a sata cable for the other slot on the ssd.
I hope this makes sense
