Please don't use benchmarks to make your judgement on how well your rig is performing.
They are not reflective, have so many variables, and so many get into a rabbit hole because benchmark scores are lower than they expected.

Are you encountering any in application problems my friend?
If not, don't worry.

Not really... I get Avg 60 FPS on P3D V3 (flight sim) all seems to be ok... which is an improvement on my GTX970.

But It's the first time I've installed a GPU card and PSU so Dont know if its working as it should..

It's working as it should if you run your applications / games in a frame rate you wanted from an upgrade.
Don't worry about benchmarks. If you have a problem in actual application, then I would maybe consider looking at something.
