Do I have a bottleneck ?

these are my specs:

Windows 7 x64 ultimate SP1
Ram: 8 GB
Intel i5 3470 3.20Ghz
ATI HD RADEON 5770 1 GB GDDR5

do i have a bottleneck and what should i change and to what exactly ?

You shoudnt have a bottleneck until around a 7850 graphics card if you dont overclock. Right now nothing should be bottlenecking. If you do overclock you can probably get up to a 7950

for what purpose?
if you want gaming at high preset, 5770 will not enough
you can go with 7950 or gtx 760

and i5 3470 will never bottleneck that card

If you want more gaming performance, the 5770 is a bottleneck, you would get much better performance from a better video card. a 7870 or gtx660 or better for 1080p resolution, depending on what you can afford.
