Do I have a bottleneck?

I recently built a new computer. Second one I've made and I'm still new at this. I'm wondering if I might have created a bottleneck. The last PC I made had a pretty bad one. I asked a friend of mine to help and it seems to run everything fine. Still, I want to make sure I'll be able to continue to play games on the PC for a while.

My Specs are:
AMD FX 8320
AMD Radeon R 290X 8GB
16GB RAM

Just curious. I'm thinking of getting the Witcher 3 but I want to be sure I can run it without any issues.

Nothing is bottlenecked, its not the best system you could have put together, but its by no means bottlenecking.

You are slightly below recommende requirements for Witcher 3, a small overclock is required to meet requirements.

Well, if I'm slightly below than I'm not doing so bad. If I have to turn a few things down, oh well.

It's nothing to worry about! The 8350 is essentially a 8320, except slightly lower clock speed.

That is good to hear. Here I was thinking I got the wrong CPU. Because all the latest games seem to list that as the recommended CPU. I was thinking I had gotta just below the recommended settings for most games coming out this year.
