Do I have a dead motherboard?

The computer won't give me any signal on the monitor. I've cross checked most of the parts. When I run it without ram I get one long beep, followed by two short. I think it's a ram problem. I've tried multiple sets of ram, but I still get no response on the screen. Should I return the motherboard for a new one?

It's a year old, worked about a month ago. Intel g3258, corsair cx760m, tried different ram modules, corsair xms3, hyperx beast and some crucial ram.

Asus h81i-plus. Tried some different graphics cards, and onboard.

Try testing different monitor and video cable (try borrowing one from a friend).

I have. Three monitors, and a selection of vga, dvi, hdmi, and displayport cables

Then it could be a board, or CPU issue. If under warranty, I'd RMA them both.
