[SOLVED] Do i have a faulty motherboard?

I have a problem with my system:

I have installed a graphics card after living on integrated graphics for a while, i installed it and it went mosty smoothly, now it wont even power on when i press the button, no lights or even fans spinning, nothing at all, when i put the graphics card in i accidentaly put a cable in the wrong port in the psu nut quickly realised and changed it

Ryzen 1600x

16gb 2800hz

New graphics card - Msi 1050ti Gaming X

It's probably dead because of wrong voltages in wrong place.
