This has been killing me so someone please help..
I recently bought a EVGA hybrid RTX3080 and am receiving a Time Spy Score of 13743. This is much less than the average 16139 score and I can't seem to compete with that score even after overclocking.

Graphics Score is 16103
CPU Score is 7509

I play CoD MW (not warzone) and my frames have been pretty <Mod Edit> lately too. I have noticed every update they put out has botched performance but now its unplayable. DLSS on and it acts like theres a memory leak where I dip until performance is at 20-30 with drops to 15. I also get a half second of green screen when booting up MW which only started happening after I installed my 3080. Drivers are up to date and I have wiped and redownloaded them a few times now with no change. Battlefield 2042 gets me 100-110 frames for the first match too but that games optimization is also a joke. Halo Infinite gets me average 115fps on high.

All of this at 1440p with a Gsync monitor

PC stats:
I9 9900K clocked to 5ghz
32 gig 2400 ram
EVGA XC3 RTX 3080 AIO hybrid
OS on an M.2
Seasonic Prime Titanium 850W

EVGA offered a RMA but I don't want to trade my brand new 3080 for a referb if the issue isn't actually my gpu.

what do you mean by "wiped"?
uninstalled or ran DDU in Safe Mode?

having such low speed RAM can also affect performance.

I used DDU

And yea I was wondering if RAM could have that big of an impact. I feel like I'm underperforming a ton, never thought RAM speed held that much weight..that would be an easy fix though
