In some games im having too low fps.

I would say yes. Are you on an AM3 board?

Normally there shouldnt be a Problem. Try to overclock ypu cpu

Yeah, I would try and get it overclocked up to 3.4Ghz or so and see how that works out. It's a whole lot cheaper than buying a new board and processor and it might be all you need to fix your problem!

use lastest drivers and geforce experience.

I don't think you really need a new cpu... and you-ll have to go for fx-8350 or i5/i7 to feel a difference, which they are not so cheap. you have the multiplier unlocked, you could play with it a bit.

im having 10-20fps in tera online with very high grafics and the same fps with very low grafics.
About OC my CPU i tryed but i dont really know how so all iv got was a couple of crach and a blue screen.

Yep, you'll want an i5 on an Intel platform to max your games. Your CPU can handle a lot of games, but MMOs and RTSs are heavy on the CPU, and if you're really into TERA, you'll want to get an i5.

Also, you probably want at least a 10Mbps connection.

with this requirements, I have to say the game it's not that optimised. you have way over the recommended specs... that's the producers problem.
