I bought a brand new PC from MSI. It worked fine for 3 months, but after that, I noticed my video games and programs would keep crashing. Webpages would often fail to load several hundred times a day and chrome would crash and shut down several hundreds of times a day. When I'm playing video games, the game would crash and shut down about every 30 min. When I try to start the game again it would crash and crash again for 5-6 times before I am able to successfully play for about another 30 min and the loops starts all over again. I would often run into installation failures where I would have to install the program over and over again until I finally succeed. Such programs include nvidia drivers, logitech G hub, and different version of windows. Device Manager also doesn't recognize a lot of devices in my PC, as shown below:

I tried changing windows versions, nothing was fixed. Then, I tried changing the hard drive, still nothing was fixed. Then, I tried flashing the bios, still nothing was fixed. Then several weeks passed and the crashing has gotten worse. Today, I decided to try memtest86 and it came back with absolute 0 errors. Afterwards, I rebooted my pc and it would keep booting into bluescreen. I tried going into bios and rearranging the boot order, so I can boot into flash drive, but I am still booting into bluescreen. Is my motherboard dead? Since memtest86 came back with zero errors, does that mean my ram and CPU is fine?

Not surprised your having issues MSI are one of the most incompetent company's I've ever met.

Still I would have returned it or sent it back.

1. Put the chip drivers installed.

2. Hw monitor for temp monitoring will tell you the motherboard make as well. Etc

3. Could be a bad power supply or overheating.

I am going to guess, this is an AMD based rig. Installing the chipset drivers will fix several of those missing device driver issues.

The motherboard support site likely has the other drivers that are missing.

https://www.amd.com/en/support/download/drivers.html

Since we don't know if this is an AM4 or AM5 based system, just go here and find what you need.
No, everything that is part of this rig is intel and nvidia.
