Question Do I have a power issue?

So, on my streaming PC I have been having issues with my USB 3.0 ports working randomly on and off, and not recognising devices. Today I installed an RTX 2060, and my PC was behaving even more weirdly, memory crashes, not restarting, CPU fan error once at startup.

This is the setup...

ASUS Z77 Sabertooth MOBO, I7 3770k, MSI RTX 2060, 32GB DDR3, 512GB SSD (I also have quite a lot of USB plugins, and a water pump cooler for my CPU.)

Its a 550w PSU, Corsair, I thought it would be enough, especially considering I only had a GT 1030 before.

I have tried reinstalling drivers and all sorts, but to no avail.

CPU fan error on start can't really be caused by PSU problems. If I had to bet, I would bet on motherboard problem. However not mentioning model and age of your PSU does not help. If its old (say 5+ years) I would switch PSU in any case just for the reason of having peace of mind with new GPU (as all GPUs are still kind of expensive stuff).
