Do i have any overclocking options - Dell XPS Gen 5

So im finding my system is slower then i would like but really want to wait until motherboards with USB 3.0 and SATA III come out before upgrading.

Im just not sure if its possible to overclock my Dell, from what i understand the motherboard is locked.

So any options to make this thing faster would be apprecated.

Here is the CPU-Z info if that helps.
