Do I have DX11 or DX12?

In the Nvidia system information, it shows "Direct3D API version : 12" but "Direct3D feature level : 11_0".

I'm confused. What is it exactly?

You have lowest tier DX 12 GPU
Your GPU will work under DX12 but without off new benefits listed as Direct3D feature level 11.1 or 11.2
