Do I have enough Amps?

I recently bought an HIS x1650xt 512meg ddr3 AGP 8x turbo edition with the ICE Q cooler for my system. I have a thermaltake tr2 430 watt PSU with a single 18 amp 12 volt rail. The vid card box says to have a minimum 450 watt psu with 30 amps on the 12 volt rail. That being said I still bought and installed the card. After playing HL2, COD2, FEAR, and Farcry I am able to play for about 10 seconds before the game crashes or locks up. the card temp is 60 C at idle incase that means anything.

Is this most likely occuring from a lack of power or a driver issue?

amd 64 3200 sock. 754
1 gig ddr400
80 gig hd
40 gig hd
2 dvd drives
case fans x2
HIS x1650xt agp
430 watt psu

If your vid card says that it needs 30 amps and you only have 18, I 'd say you found the culprit....
