do i have enough power? 1 day away from buying please help!

hi!, im looking at getting an rx 480 to replace my gtx 950. i have 550wtt psu, my specs are; i5 6600k (not overclocked), 8gb of ddr3 ram, 1x 120gb ssd, 1x 1tb hdd, asus h170 plus d3 motherboard. so my question is will my 550wtt psu be able to handle the upgrade to the rx 480? and if so im planning to upgarde my ram to 16gb and will it be able to handle this upgrade on top? any help at all would be much appreciated im 1 day away from buying it!

Recommended PSU is 500W
But what kind of PSU is this? (brand and model) because if it's a bas quality PSU there is a high chance it won't work well.

550w is meaningless, need to know make and model. Many cheap low quality units struggle to put out 1/2 there quoted wattage.

Well technically enough but that's a low quality unit. I wouldn't use it in a gaming PC. A gaming PC spends long periods under high load and needs a stable supply, its even possible for a low quality unit to fail after some use and that can damage other components.
