Hi guys. I am a new builder and want to know how much wattage for my power supply I should get. I currently have a 500W picked out. Will it be enough?

Processor: Intel Core i5-3570 (not overclocking at all, rated at 77W)
Graphics Card: MSI Twin Frozr II/NVIDIA GTX 570
Motherboard: MSI Z77A-G43
Memory: 8GB 1600MHz RAM (2 x 4GB, DDR3)
Solid State Drive: 60GB Mushkin Enhanced Chronos SATA III
Hard Drive: 1TB Western Digital Caviar Blue

Thanks, guys!

When building a computer and trying to figure out what power supply to get a lot of times it can be a good thing to look at the requirements of the video card. In this case the GTX 570 has a minimum requirement of 550w for a power supply. In that case I would get a 600w psu to give yourself a little room instead of getting just what the minimum is. The differences in price are not all that much and you can easily get a 600w psu for $50.

$69.99 and a $20 rebate makes the final price $49.99.
