Do I Have Enough Power?

I have a 750 watt PSU. I am going to be running a MSI GTX 770 Twin Frozr. I want to make my current 550 ti a Dedicated Physx card.

Do I have enough power? I'm pretty sure I do, but I want an opinion.

Not all power supplies are created equal. There are 750w labeled power supply shaped devices I would not trust to power a toaster. What is the make and model?
