Do I have enough power?

I've been looking into upgrading the CPU on my rig for about a month now, but I'm not entirely sure that my 600W PSU will take that as the other components. I was looking to upgrade an fx-4100 to an fx-8350. The following is a list of the other components. Please could you help and tell me whether or not I'll need to upgrade my PSU as well.

PSU: Corsair CX600
GPU: Gigabyte GTX 660 OC
Motherboard: Gigabyte 78lmt-usb3
RAM: Corsair (2x8gb) 1333mhz
HDD: Seagate Baracuda 1TB
Cooling: Coolmaster fans (1x100mm)(1x120mm)

You will be fine. I have the same GPU model (different brand) and an equivalent PSU, but a 130w Core i7 CPU. These components play nice together.
