Do I have enough wattage?

i wouldnt be doing any overclocking on either the cpu or gpu maybe increasing the fan speeds a little.

NO...

You need at least a GOOD QUALITY 550W PSU.

I wouldn't risk that system to THAT PSU.

^ good god, don't buy that thing, your current cx430 is about 10x better.

You havee a €400 gpu & a $200 cpu - buy a decent psu!!!!!

that would literally be my limit, or just stick with the 430 CX for a whole month until my next pay cheque, my 1070ti and my 2600x are with me but it would kill not to use it for a whole month and a half.

That's just as bad and under powered.

You need to save more money and get a GOOD QUALITY PSU>

i know that i should get a decent psu and i will, but just not at the moment as the money situation is not the best, i just need to know will my brand new computer parts be fried using a 430w CX corsair psu, because i am extremely desperate. would it be able to handle it?

Sorry but cannot recommend a low quality psu in a gaming build. It’s probably the most important part, it powers everything and if it fails can damage other components. You say money is tight but how would you be if a poor psu killed your motherboard or gpu or both.

i agree with you, just will wait to black friday or cyber monday and try to snatch a 550w corsair psu if the price goes down, significantly.

and i wouldnt really say that the CX 430 w is low/bad quality, just not ideal for higher end pc components.

The CX 430 is not that good either... it's the green label model which is known for being of low quality and having high failure rates.
The new CX series, with the grey label, were updated to a much better design and are decent + really good price to performance.

YUP, the whole thought process is wrong.

Can't recommend any budget PSU for a gaming build period.
