is a gamemax 600w 80+ bronze enough for a ryzen 7 3700x (stock no oc) and a RTX 3080 MSI Suprim X or should i get an EVGA 850w bronze

If it was a high quality 650w it would be ok but a lower quality 600w, big no. Quality is very important especially for a 3080, I don’t think EVGA have a bronze psu I would use with a 3080. An EVGA G2 750w or 850w would be a good choice. Don’t cheap out on a psu for a 3080.

Edit: That Gamemax is closer to a low quality 500w than a 600w even though it has a 600w sticker. It’s only 40A across it 2 12v rails.

EVGA 850 B5, 80 Plus BRONZE 850W is that good for the 3080?
