uh! i think i know this one! the dedicated memory is the one that is reserved only by graphic card and cannot be used anywhere else. the total available memory is how much can it drain maximum when it needs/can if its not used by anything else.
So basically you have 128mb 😀 but if needed and if you have free unusable amount of ram memory left, it will use up to 1gb.
does that make sense?

You are not really asking the right question. Post your full system specs, and why you are asking. Some game? Need details.

From just what you put in, you have an onboard video card with 0 actual video memory that is just using shared memory with the rest of the system.
