Do I have Switchable Graphics

My laptop is an hp pavilion dv6 1330ca entertainment pc. I know it is outdated but it is a decent laptop to generally use. I am trying to game on this laptop but I am getting really bad fps. I know I have a bad graphics card (Mobile Intel 4 Series Express Chipset Family Graphics Driver), but when I went to the HP support site when trying to update my graphics, I noticed an ATI Mobility Radeon Video Driver there as well. I watched some video's and it looks like people with similar laptops have that driver.

Another question: When i turn the laptop around, one of the outtake vents next to the intake vent is completely blocked off by plastic. Is it supposed to be like this? There are 2 outake vents side by side and one of them is like blocked by plastic. I can take a picture and show you if you want to see it visually.

I just really want to play games on this laptop, I have done almost anything to speed up this computer. But I also noticed that the minimum graphics is 64 mb, I tried changing this to a higher value in BIOS but there is no option.

Onboard graphics is dictated by which CPU you have.

If you have the Core 2 Duo, you're running Intel Integrated. AMD CPU, AMD Radeon graphics. Going to assume you have an Intel chip, so the best you can do is try checking the drivers for it and seeing if they are up to date. The latest driver update on HP site is from 2009, so I'd check iIntel's site and see if they have a newer version.

Check in your BIOS for an option to switch between Fixed and Dynamic graphics and check Device Manager for a dedicated GPU.
