do i have the things i need!

Solution
I would get the Phantom 410 for sure. You build will be lost in the 530. That case is going to be as tall as your desk off the floor.

The 410 has more fans than you will need so you have no need to buy any more.
I DO NOT like closed loop coolers. They are LOUD and don't really cool better than high end air coolers.

You have WAY too many fans. You only need 3-4 fan total to keep ANY computer cool. Your will just sound like a lawn mower with all those fans.

You also have no need for a full tower. It will be as tall as your desk and be NOISY. Get a normal sized mid-tower. It will have more than enough space for anything you need it for, and it will cool just the same.

No, you do not need to buy any more cords.

it's i7 on air it will be very loud oc, at your budget I'd go for liquid. It is cooler and it looks cooler ;-) .
You should have all cords...

I've also noticed that and loled... you need front / hdd fan, back turbo fan. For proper air flow top and / side fans but they are optional. It will be loud at 4 fans. Beyond you better play lound on headphones.

Unless you spend $50+ on good fans, a liquid cooler will be 100% louder than any good air cooler and they will cool the same.

lol the fan thing i know about it, just kinda put every fan that would fit in the slots on the parts list, i probable wont buy any or at most one of them to begin with, it was just to see what would fit.

the full tower was a different recommendation by a guy doing a review over the nxzt 410 said i apparently should do the 530 but i guess not?

as for the cord thing that was the major thing here cause i didnt know if the parts came with the cords. ill probable be going with the nxzt 410 and no fans to begin with. before this it would have been the 530 but i believe you guys lol

and ok i know the evo 212 is a good air cooler so ill stick with it.

probable will be either using the 290 in another build, giving to a friend, or selling as preowned. most likely the 2nd cause hes looking at doing a build but not as much income as me so it will be a gift just gonna make sure to keep it clean.

They do not burn out, the capacitors have been cycled so many times that the power stops being stable and becomes 'dirty'. If you have a way overkill PSU, this happens faster because you cannot even bring the thing up to power fully and the capacitors never get broken in.
