[SOLVED] Do I have the wrong psu for this motherboard?

I had thought replacing the current psu unit would be fairly straight forward but when I went to disconnect the existing psu I see it's connected to the motherboard in 2 places; a 4 pin that says ATX_CPU, and an 8 pin that says ATX_SYS_1

The new PSU has a 4+4 pin connector that fits into either but I won't be able to power both with just one. Sorry if this seems simple, my last psu upgrade was on my personal machine and a lot more straight forward.
