Do I have thunderbolt 3?

The spec sheet says it should only be standard USB Type-C, however the port appears like this and there it was an option to upgrade to T3 with a better specced model. Could someone help me determine whether it is T3 or not? Cheers!

It should be a Thunderbolt 3 port as well since it has the Thunderbolt Logo.
