So I’m upgrading my motherboard or possibly buying the same motherboard just to have a fresh one, I was wondering if I have to buy a completely new cpu too?

Why do you want a fresh motherboard. Any functional motherboard will provide the same level of performance.

If I order the same mother board can I put the same cpu I have now in the new motherboard?

In my speaker jack there is a broken headphone piece that I can’t get out so i literally have no sound coming from my computer at all.. I’ve tried everything but now it looks like I need a new motherboard so if I don’t need to buy a new cpu too then that would be nice
